CRM/Marketing Technology Project Coordinator

If you have a knack for steering projects, possess extensive technical expertise, and are experienced in implementing CRM systems, we want to hear from you.

As our Project Coordinator in Marketing Technology, you will be instrumental in a diverse team. Your objective will be to manage the selection and deployment of various marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration between technology, departments, and external partners while fulfilling the marketing team's requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Direct the selection, implementation, and launch of our new marketing technology tools
  • Drive the project forward with passion and commitment
  • Collect requirements, manage the project backlog, and prioritize the needs of the marketing team
  • Develop rollout strategies, engage key users, facilitate workshops, and coordinate training sessions
  • Oversee testing during system implementation, ensuring acceptance of features and tasks
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status
  • Create process documentation, training resources, and assist with administrative project tasks

Your Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Customer-focused, motivated, and self-driven individual
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes in marketing
  • Proficient in agile and collaborative working methodologies
  • Fluent in both German and English
