About the Role

The Regional Head of HR for CEMA will be responsible for leading the HR function for the region, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of HR services and operational support to a diverse population of managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the region, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to drive business growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion, ensuring that employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to the organization's success.
  • HR Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring that these services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives, ensuring that HR is a strategic partner in driving business growth.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership development programs to ensure that HR leaders have the skills and competencies needed to drive business success.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that HR is a key partner in driving organizational change and transformation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and HR service delivery.
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders to drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate HR teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment law and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives and leading organizational transformation.
