About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA team at Adjust. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in the Eastern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales qualified opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in greenfield accounts in Eastern Europe
  • Meet quarterly SQOs, lead service level agreements (SLAs), and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and activities' targets
  • Conduct account development best practices using a range of tools and technologies, including sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Conduct research and take part in consultative discussions with prospects, taking full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs
  • Work closely with the inbound marketing team and sales teams to optimize territory coverage and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Participate in training and master understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), Adjust solutions, competitive landscapes, and ongoing career development skills
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales development (SDR/BDR) or inside sales experience calling into Eastern Europe (ideally from a digital background and a fast-paced environment)
  • Must have fluent business English and Russian language/written skills, additional language is a plus
  • A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement, and/or track record of success in prior roles
  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented focus
  • Strong ability to understand Eastern European customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions, and active listening
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales technology stack or similar tools: CRM systems, sales software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
