Your Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to enhance and expand the organization from the perspective of our workforce and talent pool. You will be instrumental in facilitating the international expansion of our company by overseeing both the strategic HR initiatives for Sanoptis AG and the HR strategies for our extensive network of medical facilities.

Key Focus Areas:
At the Sanoptis Group Level:
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive HR strategy across all operational regions to support our growth trajectory.
  • Establish talent management and career development frameworks, including role-specific career pathways and guidance for performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine organizational structures and support change management efforts.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by creating a KPI Dashboard for regular updates to the executive team.
  • Oversee learning and development programs, including the Sanoptis Academy.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Initiate programs to further cultivate a distinctive Sanoptis culture.
  • Develop and expand our Human Resources team.
At the Medical Facility Level:
  • Assist local HR teams with strategic HR inquiries and talent retention initiatives, including:
    • Business Partnership: Implement best practices for HR processes, KPIs, and systems to enhance daily operations.
    • Learning & Development: Enrich our Sanoptis Academy, roll out training programs for medical professionals, establish mentorship initiatives, and guide performance evaluation discussions.
    • Recruitment: Collaborate closely with the Head of Country and Regional Directors to monitor staffing needs and attract healthcare professionals.

Your Qualifications
  • Extensive professional experience in a strategic capacity, preferably with a background in strategic HR management, consulting, or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, develop and implement long-term HR initiatives, and enhance the role of the HR team within the organization.
  • High level of initiative and accountability to independently drive problem-solving and process improvements, ensuring effective HR operations.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading, creating, and presenting analyses from the HR department at the leadership level, with the ability to influence without direct authority and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Charismatic leader with the ability to attract top talent, inspire the team, effectively delegate responsibilities, appreciate diversity, and manage performance with a focus on developing others.
  • Ability to assert oneself in a dynamic environment while demonstrating empathy in interpersonal interactions and maintaining high judgment and discretion in HR matters.
  • Fluency in German (native level or equivalent) combined with excellent English language skills.
