We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or a similar field. You should have over 5 years of experience in HR Management, HCM, Process Design and Engineering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Project Management, and Process Optimization. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience working with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
As a strong candidate, you should possess a solution-oriented mindset, high IT affinity, and excellent project management skills. You should also be fluent in written and spoken English and German.
