We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to lead our digital media team and drive business results through innovative media strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans that engage and delight consumers across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement media strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Lead a team of digital media planners and specialists to create integrated media plans that drive business results.
- Supervise the execution of digital plans to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment between traditional and digital touchpoints.
- Take ownership of plan activation and ensure seamless execution across channels.
- Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders across P&G, including brand, media, and agency teams, as well as media vendors.
- Work closely with the P&G Digital Lead to ensure digital excellence and drive business results.
- Collaborate with multiple P&G functions, including brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, and partners, to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in media strategy and end-to-end planning, with a mix of traditional and digital strategic planning experience.
- Strong understanding of the overall media ecosystem and expertise in defining and evaluating media performance indicators.
- Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies is a plus.
- University degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field.
- Excellent analytical thinking, accountability, independency, organized, curiosity, proactivity, growth mindset, and good presentation skills.
- Fluent communication in English, with German skills a plus.
