Your Role
We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Director of Service Management to address complex challenges from both business and user perspectives. Your mission will be to enhance processes and tools while driving operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust service management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture centered around data-driven decision-making, advocating for the utilization of analytics in all operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of service management professionals, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance atmosphere.
- Provide opportunities for professional growth and development for team members to advance their skills and careers.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of service-related data to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are effectively integrated into service strategy and execution.
- Streamline processes for service requests and insights delivery to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience in a senior service management role, ideally within a consumer-focused or marketplace environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams with excellent leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in service management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to align service initiatives with broader business goals and priorities.
