Your Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Director of Service Management to lead our service operations and enhance our customer experience. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic service management framework that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions that enhance service quality.
- Oversee the analysis of service performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service integration and customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a senior service management role, ideally within a B2C or marketplace context.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in service performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
