The department:

The IT Applications/DevOps department is responsible for maintaining and managing the systems essential for application lifecycle management, collaborating with developers to enhance software deployment processes continuously. We assist the development team in adopting new tools and methodologies aimed at automating, securing, and improving the software deployment workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Atlassian applications such as Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
  • Assess and implement plugins
  • Design and maintain workflows, custom fields, and permission structures
  • Develop scripts utilizing the products' REST APIs
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges and issues
  • Assist business units with technical and functional inquiries
  • Integrate applications and ensure their security
Qualifications:
  • Completed IT-related education or degree, or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with Atlassian products and container technologies
  • Good command of German and English
