Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist will be instrumental in developing, managing, and enhancing online services for local governments.

Key responsibilities encompass assisting users with software-related challenges, overseeing system setup and upkeep, liaising with stakeholders and developers, assessing tools and technologies, and conducting tests on application components.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a relevant technical qualification
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as relational databases
  • Excellent communication abilities
