Job Description:

The Technical Supporter will play a key role in building, operating, and optimizing online services for municipalities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing user support for software issues
  • System installation and maintenance
  • Communication with stakeholders and developers
  • Evaluation of tools and technologies
  • Testing application components

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in system administration or technical field education/degree
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems, and relational databases
  • Strong communication skills

Work Schedule:

Mainly in Germany with partial remote work possibilities

Proficiency in German (at least C1 level)
