About Güntner GmbH
Güntner GmbH is a leading international company in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
Your Tasks:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term profitability of the company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the region.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers and product management to fulfill customer needs and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Coordinate and support major customers
- Prioritize projects and activities
- Negotiate projects and orders
- Define budgets with Country Managers and communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
- Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible
- Identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management
- Visit the headquarters as required for specific activities
Your Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
- A background in thermodynamics is preferred
- Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in sales
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably as an External Sales representative
- At least 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating systems, or heat exchangers
- Good knowledge of the local refrigeration and AC market
- Fluency in Polish is mandatory, and good English is desirable
