Senior Manager New Business Development

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager New Business Development at SCHOTT, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities adjacent to our existing business. This includes identifying strategic search fields for new SCHOTT business opportunities, analyzing potential markets and applications, and leading complex, international new business projects with demanding technological concepts.
Your Expertise
- Develop business models and sales strategies for new applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in international new business projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal functional units, customers, and external partners to drive business growth
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business management, science, or materials, preferably with a PhD. You should have a proven track record of success in business development, with experience in international markets and a deep understanding of technological trends.
