**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at GIGA.GREEN. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Berlin office and supporting our remote teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Document Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents in both physical and digital archives, ensuring systematic organization and regular checks for completeness.
  • **Mailroom Management**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing and distribution of mail and documents.
  • **Inventory and Office Supplies**: Manage the procurement and maintenance of office materials and equipment, including ordering and restocking supplies.
  • **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as organizing team events, booking travel arrangements, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • **Fleet Management**: Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including coordinating vehicle purchases, returns, and maintenance, as well as handling any accidents or incidents.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience in office management or a related field is desirable.
  • **Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills, high level of initiative and independence, proficiency in IT systems, reliability and accuracy in task execution, and fluency in German and English.
