**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:**
- Führen Sie die Customer Support Abteilung mit vier Mitarbeitern und verantworten Sie eine professionelle Betreuung der B2B-Kunden.
- Verantwortlich für alle Prozesse der Marktkommunikation und des Energiedatenmanagements.
- Sicherstellen funktionsfähiger Marktkommunikationsprozesse im Stromsegment in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen der deutschen Regulatorik.
- Erreichen mit Ihrem Team eine hohe Servicequalität für unsere B2B-Kunden.
- Unterstützen Sie Ihr Team bei technischen Fragestellungen der Kunden (Zählpunkt-Management).
**Anforderungen:**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (Bachelor, Master) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit berufsbegleitender Weiterentwicklung in der Marktkommunikation.
- Kenntnisse der Regulatorik des deutschen Energiemarktes (insb. GPKE, WiM).
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Marktkommunikation im Strommarkt.
- Erste Führungserfahrung erwünscht – aber auch als Einstieg in eine erste Führungsrolle gedacht.
