Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter Customer Support, der unsere Kundenbetreuung auf hohem Niveau unterstützt. Als Experte für Kundenmanagement wird er die Kundenbeziehungen strategisch entwickeln und die Kundenbindung stärken.

Aufgaben
  • Die Kundenbetreuung koordinieren und die Kundenbeziehungen strategisch entwickeln
  • Die Kundenbindung stärken und die Kundenloyalität erhöhen
  • Die Kundenbedürfnisse analysieren und die Kundenanforderungen erfüllen
  • Die Kundenbeziehungen überwachen und die Kundenfeedbacks bearbeiten
Anforderungen
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse der Regulatorik des deutschen Energiemarktes
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
