Job Title: Social Educator / Care Professional / Disability Support Worker

This position is offered on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) involving shift work, excluding night shifts, and is open-ended.

The organization is committed to providing a range of living arrangements and support services for individuals with disabilities.

The facility offers a supportive environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities, whether they require care or not. It is adjacent to a workshop dedicated to individuals with intellectual disabilities and features a modern support area for those with severe multiple disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities and unique support requirements
  • Design and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with residents
  • Maintain documentation of support activities, identify areas for improvement, and propose alternatives
  • Assist residents with daily living activities with enthusiasm and dedication
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to foster professional collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft, Erzieher/in, Sozialarbeiter/in, Pädagoge, Familienpfleger, or equivalent
  • Dependable and responsible individual
