Key Responsibilities:- Engage with residents in a group living setting, focusing on those with intellectual disabilities and unique support requirements.
- Collaborate with residents to design and execute personalized support strategies.
- Maintain documentation of care advancements, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose alternative solutions.
- Provide hands-on assistance to residents in their daily routines.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team and promote professional dialogue.
- Completed training in special needs education, caregiving, social work, pedagogy, family counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to assume responsibility and demonstrate reliability.
- Appreciate diversity and exhibit openness.
- Engage with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, with early and late hours.
