Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues utilizing your analytical skills
- Monitor and manage cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a major brand
- Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders, demonstrating empathy at all times
- Work towards achieving targets as outlined in client agreements and internal objectives
- Keep key stakeholders informed about the status of their issues through effective communication.
- Document cases in internal systems while staying updated on client products and services.
- Fluency in German
- Strong communication skills in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient understanding of operating systems and computer applications
- Knowledge of computers and mobile devices/technical proficiency
- Resourceful and capable of multitasking
- Ability to thrive as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Empathy and a commitment to customer service, with solid teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt communication style based on customer personality and cultural background
- Experience in help-desk or system administration is a plus
