Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues utilizing your analytical skills
  • Monitor and manage cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a major brand
  • Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders, demonstrating empathy at all times
  • Work towards achieving targets as outlined in client agreements and internal objectives
  • Keep key stakeholders informed about the status of their issues through effective communication.
  • Document cases in internal systems while staying updated on client products and services.
Your Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient understanding of operating systems and computer applications
  • Knowledge of computers and mobile devices/technical proficiency
  • Resourceful and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to thrive as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and a commitment to customer service, with solid teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt communication style based on customer personality and cultural background
  • Experience in help-desk or system administration is a plus
