Senior Brand Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Campaign Manager to join our Global Brand team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving diverse brand marketing topics, including planning and implementing 360 brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of 360 brand campaigns and other brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end ownership on an international level.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to align, define, and develop processes that ensure qualitatively high-level and on-brand campaigns across markets.
- Become an expert in media channels and brand initiatives, adhering to best practices to maximize the output of brand campaigns.
- Plan, facilitate, and track continuous improvement efforts within the campaigns team and with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met and projects stay on track.
- Support the sharing of critical learnings among global and local stakeholders based on campaign and test results.
- Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field of study.
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign project management roles, or agency experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or FMCG brands.
- Experience working for high-growth tech and/or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with project managing cross-functional brand campaigns/initiatives from start to finish.
- Proven track record of managing X-channel projects, including media planning and multilevel projects.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while staying data-driven and finding new ways to measure success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels within international environments and across a broad variety of job functions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and great communicator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
