Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Marketing team at AUTO1 Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our Offline and Video Marketing activities across 9 European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to maximize traffic acquisition and brand KPIs development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an international team of 8 members, providing comprehensive and actionable feedback to enable team members' growth.
  • Media Planning: Plan, book, and evaluate performance-driven brand marketing campaigns in TV, YouTube, Radio, and offline channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Creative Production to create highly performing advertising campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct data-driven analysis by connecting media KPIs with core business data using industry-leading tools.
  • Relationship Building: Utilize strong relations in the media industry to identify offline marketing opportunities and boost customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in offline, brand, and YouTube marketing (ideally in e-commerce).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to work with big data sets using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Personal Qualities: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, and structured mindset.
