Senior Manager of Brand Media

As the Video Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the budget and outcomes of all Offline and Video Marketing initiatives across nine European markets, including Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and Sweden.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Elevate our Brand Media campaign strategy through data-driven methodologies to enhance traffic acquisition and improve various brand KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis by integrating media KPIs with core business metrics utilizing our advanced analytical tools.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse international team of five dedicated professionals, ranging from junior to senior levels, providing constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Industry Relations: Leverage your strong connections within the media sector to identify optimal offline marketing opportunities that enhance customer acquisition and brand visibility for our consumer brands and Autohero.
- Campaign Management: Take charge of planning, booking, and assessing performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across TV, YouTube, radio, and other offline channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Creative Production and their team to develop high-impact advertising campaigns.
- A degree in business or marketing, coupled with relevant experience in offline, brand, and YouTube marketing, preferably within an e-commerce context.
- Strong analytical capabilities, a data-driven approach, and a passion for tackling analytical challenges through extensive data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a desire to embrace challenges that promote learning and growth.
- A keen attention to detail and a structured mindset that allows for effective management of multiple campaign aspects.
- Highly motivated to advance and learn in brand building, with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and continuously challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
