As the Video Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the budget and outcomes of all Offline and Video Marketing initiatives across nine European markets, including Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and Sweden.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Development: Elevate our Brand Media campaign strategy through data-driven methodologies to enhance traffic acquisition and improve various brand KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses by linking media KPIs with core business metrics utilizing our advanced industry tools.
- Team Leadership: Manage an international team of five dedicated professionals, providing constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.
- Industry Relations: Leverage your strong connections within the media sector to identify optimal offline marketing opportunities that enhance customer acquisition and brand visibility for our consumer brands and Autohero.
- Campaign Management: Take charge of planning, booking, and assessing performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across TV, YouTube, Radio, and other offline channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Creative Production and their team to develop high-impact advertising campaigns.
- A degree in business or marketing with relevant experience in offline, brand, and YouTube marketing, preferably in an e-commerce context.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a keen interest in tackling analytical challenges using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, eager to embrace challenges that promote learning and growth.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple facets of campaigns and projects.
- Highly motivated to advance and learn in brand building, willing to experiment with new ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in any other European language is advantageous.
