Communications Marketing Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives. This role is based in Heidelberg and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our marketing team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with sales leadership to establish business priorities and launch impactful marketing campaigns that drive demand through effective lead generation.
- Creating, executing, and managing innovative visual marketing materials, including print collateral, videos, website content, and advertising, as well as multimedia assets for targeted CRM campaigns.
- Crafting, editing, and proofreading content for sales materials, advertisements, industry publications, and targeted communications such as newsletters.
- Coordinating logistics for trade events to foster customer engagement and relationship building, while integrating data from webinars and events into our marketing strategies.
- Enhancing brand visibility by meticulously preparing for corporate events and maintaining essential internal tools, including inventory tracking and the corporate event calendar.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Strong writing and creative abilities, including video editing and visual content development (proficiency in Adobe software is preferred).
- Experience with B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
