Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Heidelberg. This permanent role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at amplifying our marketing initiatives and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with sales leadership to identify business objectives, initiate marketing campaigns, and enhance demand through lead generation efforts.
- Creative Asset Development: Design, implement, and oversee the creation of engaging visual marketing materials, including print media, videos, website content, and digital advertising tailored for targeted CRM campaigns.
- Content Creation: Craft, edit, and refine copy for sales literature, advertisements, industry publications, and targeted communications such as newsletters.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate logistics for trade shows and events to engage clients and foster relationships, integrating insights from webinars and events into broader marketing strategies.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand visibility by meticulously preparing for corporate events and maintaining essential internal tools, including inventory tracking and the corporate event calendar.
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented marketing professional who combines creativity with technical expertise to propel our marketing efforts:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Proficient writing and creative skills, including video editing and visual content creation (familiarity with Adobe software is preferred).
- Strong organizational skills for event planning.
- Experience with B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Able to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and sense of ownership.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
