Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a specific customer portfolio in collaboration with two colleagues.
  • Manage both the administrative and commercial facets of customer interactions.
  • Engage in telephonic consultations, offering expert advice and assistance.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, negotiate with suppliers, and generate invoices.
  • Provide support to the team in various daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience in the sales of technical products and services.
  • Proficiency in an ERP system, ideally SAP.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive demeanor are essential.
