About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Vehicle Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for the commercial collection of used vans and managing the GFZ van fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out the commercial collection of used vans and managing the GFZ van fleet.
  • Performing all commercial activities (e.g. compiling data for collection calculations, creating credit notes and issuing payment instructions to customers) as part of the collection of used vans.
  • Processing used van sales orders, vehicle delivery including payment processing.
  • Complete commercial processing of used van sales orders, check preliminary calculations and special conditions, check order data in the systems, process delivery of vehicles, submit orders to external suppliers and service providers, monitor incoming payments / leasing / financing, process invoices and credit notes, complete sales files, process export transactions.
  • Performing order follow-up and commission processing as well as returns processing.
  • Prepare and carry out returns in accordance with specifications/regulations, initiate and follow up internal coordination, ensure timely correspondence with customers and legal representatives. Initiate the steps required to remarket the vehicles.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial vocational training.
  • Professional experience desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of internal IT systems (Autoline, Partner Connect, Alpha Controller, SAP) desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team and high level of commitment.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Affinity for used vans.
