Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at CSA Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting growth and customer service for national and international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote growth and customer service for national and international existing customers in the area of TIC
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively market additional service portfolios to existing customers
  • Internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on open quotations until orders are received
  • Enter and maintain accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system
  • Achieve personal sales goals
  • Occasional customer/trade show visits and participation in customer events

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration, or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good customer service skills, high service orientation, and communication skills
  • Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel
