Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing leadership and direction to regional Customer Care Specialists and Key Account Managers
* Motivating and promoting cross-selling and superior customer service
* Regularly acting as a decision-maker to effectively dispose of customer issues and complaints
* Hiring, training, and developing regional CCSs and KAMs to ensure commercial objectives are met
* Enabling strong communication, regular product knowledge, and corporate goals and vision
* Contributing to strategic direction through the development of an understanding of our customers\u2019 business environment
* Executing promotional campaigns
* Continually reviewing sales processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and accurate

**Requirements:**

* University degree or college diploma in business administration, sales and marketing, or related fields
* 10 years of technical sales experience, with a proven ability to consistently exceed goals
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills required, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
