IT Support Specialist

In the expanded IT Service Desk / User Helpdesk, your role will involve assisting end users and IT specialists across various mid-sized enterprises.
The varied responsibilities within our IT Service Desk present an engaging and demanding position:
- Evaluate and categorize incoming IT inquiries
- Manage support and service requests independently
- Formulate solutions for users or escalate matters following ITIL protocols
- Record incidents in the ticketing system
- Coordinate and document actions undertaken
- Engage in shift work (remote work is an option)
Your qualifications include:
- Degree in IT or relevant experience in User Help Desk
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office
- Basic hardware knowledge (PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITIL is advantageous
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in both German and English
- A collaborative team player willing to work shifts
