Position
Für die IT-Abteilung der Contilia GmbH suchen wir eine:n IT Support Specialist (m/w/d), der/die für die Wartung und Unterstützung von IT-Systemen in unseren Einrichtungen verantwortlich ist.
Aufgabenbereich
- Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten und Fehlerbehebungen an IT-Lösungen vor Ort in unseren Einrichtungen, insbesondere in Kliniken und anderen medizinischen Einrichtungen.
- Verantwortung für die Installation und den Support von PCs, Notebooks, Thin Clients und Zubehör gemäß festgelegten Standards.
- Als Ansprechpartner:in für Anwender:innen analysieren und lösen Sie technische Probleme und leiten diese gegebenenfalls an den zentralen 2nd Level Support weiter.
- Durchführung von Rollouts, IT-Umzügen und Migrationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Projekt-, Infrastruktur- und Anwendungsteams.
- Dokumentation der Vorgänge im Ticketsystem und Erstellung sowie Verbesserung von Wissensdatenbank-Artikeln.
- Primäre Einsätze an größeren Klinikstandorten, mit der Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf an anderen Standorten zu arbeiten. Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft.
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in oder Systemtechniker:in.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Sektor mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Windows, Office, Netzwerken und aktueller Hardware.
- Technisches Verständnis und praktische Kenntnisse in Client- und Netzwerktechnologien, idealerweise auch in medizinischen Informationssystemen.
- Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität.
