About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at INEOS. As a key member of our international business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential strategic business partners to operationalize our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential business partners to establish strategic relationships and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement business models and ways of working with regional partners, including allocating key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement practices.
  • Analyze market data and market potential to inform market entry plans and routes to market.
  • Conduct business case analysis to recommend market entry plans and sales channels, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models.
  • Audit regional partners' compliance with INEOS processes and standards, and develop action plans to drive performance improvement.

Requirements:

  • International business development experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • A creative and innovative approach to business development, with a strong analytical and negotiating skillset.
  • Good understanding of global business trends, particularly in the 4x4 off-road segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
