Beschreibung:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Sales Controlling, der unsere internationale Organisation mit seiner Expertise im Sales Controlling und Financial Controlling unterstützt. Der Kandidat sollte über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Sales Controlling und Financial Controlling verfügen und erste fachliche Führungserfahrung besitzen.

Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Head of Controlling
  • Enges Business Partnering mit den globalen Regional Sales Directors
  • Verantwortung für das globale Sales Controlling, die Vertriebssteuerung sowie das Group Controlling
  • Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der vereinbarten Vertriebsziele (Sales Targets)
  • Optimierung und Implementierung von KPIs zur Steuerung und Kontrolle der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Analyse der Business Performance (P&L, Bilanz, Cashflow)
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten für das Management Board
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Vertriebsprozesse
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit einer Vertiefung im Bereich Controlling, oder äquivalente Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sales Controlling und Financial Controlling
  • Erste mind. fachliche Führungserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Group Controlling vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnisse im Pricing wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, BW und SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Kenntnisse in Lucanet vorteilhaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen und in einfache Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
