We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH as a Shareholder Controlling Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the company's Shareholder Controlling framework, including organizational structure, processes, and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Shareholder Controlling framework, ensuring alignment with the head of Shareholder Controlling and involved functions.
- Support the identification of external service providers to assist the corporate team in tax, legal, accounting, and financing-related questions.
- Execute shareholder governance for all Innomotics subsidiaries worldwide, assuming rights and obligations resulting from your legal ownership role.
- Capitalization of subsidiaries through equity/debt or local financing options, and execute an appropriate dividend policy.
- Act as a consultant, first point of contact, and center of expertise for Innomotics companies, mainly Innomotics' managing directors and heads of accounting, for all topics around Shareholder Controlling.
- Drive, manage, and optimize the legal and tax structure to enhance the Innomotics entity portfolio, reducing complexity and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Project lead for relevant topics in shareholder-related transactions, such as liquidation, foundation, and optimization activities.
- Monitor and reduce potential equity, currency, and country risk by initiating respective measures, in close cooperation with the respective departments.
- Accurately and timely report to accountable management.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or PhD in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in Shareholder Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Audit.
- Proven knowledge in accounting (Local GAAP/HGB/IFRS), company and tax law, and company financing topics.
- Highly effective networking, collaboration, and communication skills, considering a high number of internal and external contacts required for this role.
- Experience working abroad and gained a deep understanding of different cultures and their way of interacting.
- Fluent command of German and English, additional languages beneficial.
