Total Rewards Director

At Delivery Hero, we are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Director to lead our global total rewards strategy. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards program that supports our organization's goals and enhances employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.
- Executive Compensation: Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and equity plans.
- Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, pay practices, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Benefits Management: Lead the definition and implementation of a global benefits strategy, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all total rewards programs comply with global guidelines and legal regulations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Partners, Finance, and leadership to align total rewards strategy with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards offerings and promote awareness and engagement.
- 8+ years in total rewards management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in global TR programs, including attraction and retention strategies, pay and performance cycles, executive compensation, equity, compliance, and data utilization.
- Experience in organizational design is ideal but not mandatory.
- Team Management: Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Understanding of multi-country tax, compensation, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to navigate dynamics between centralized TR functions and regional/local hubs.
- Strong understanding of global TR principles, practices, and trends, including equity.
- Agility: Operate with speed and agility, using a lean, iterative approach. Deliver results quickly while overcoming resource and organizational constraints.
