Commercial Administrator

Vattenfall is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Working Student - Commercial Administrator to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin. As a key member of our Commercial Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our procure-to-pay process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for purchase order requisitions and invoice handling
- Code and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as a liaison between Business Area Wind business and Finance Business Services departments
- Support with manual payments and ensure adherence to financial processes
- Collaborate with the Commercial Admin & Procure-to-Pay Governance team to enhance and improve the procure-to-pay process
- Monitor invoices and procure-to-pay process adherence to ensure compliance
- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (at least 12 months remaining)
- Excellent coordination and administrative skills
- Strong command of English, both verbally and written; German is a plus
- Structured and cooperative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and experience with SAP is a plus
