About the Role: Commercial Administrator - Wind Energy
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Administrator within our Wind Energy Business Area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth financial processes, particularly focusing on procure-to-pay operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for purchase order requisitions and invoice handling.
- Process and distribute invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Wind Energy business and various finance departments, including Accounts Payable, Subledger, Accounting, Procurement, and Tax.
- Support manual payment processes as needed.
- Assist in training and supporting key users within the procure-to-pay system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procure-to-pay and invoicing processes.
- Monitor invoice status and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Commercial Administration and Procure-to-Pay Governance team.
Your Profile:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Possess excellent coordination and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Exhibit a structured approach to work and a proactive mindset.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of the bigger picture.
- Have proficient Excel skills and prior experience with SAP systems would be beneficial.
