Für unser Team suchen wir einen Client Support Specialist (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Aufgaben
  • Du wirst zum Experten für unsere Plattform und betreust unsere internationalen Neukunden als Markenbotschafter.
  • Du bietest unseren Bestandskunden jederzeit einen hohen Service- und Kundenorientierungsstandard.
  • Du überprüfst und pflegst die Daten unserer Kunden.
  • Du erstellst neue Datensätze gemäß interner Vorgaben.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über aktuelle Qualitätsvorgaben für unsere Nutzerkonten.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Verwaltung ihrer Firmendaten.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich mit guten Noten.
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Service, Vertrieb oder Qualitätssicherung mit.
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und gehst sicher und diplomatisch auf Kunden zu.
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und bist versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
