Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager at Endava

i What's this role about?

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Leader to join our DACHs team. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth. If you have a solid 5 years of experience in selling IT Professional Services across various sectors, this role is perfect for establishing Endava as a leading brand in services expertise.

You will get the chance to:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing our exceptional IT Professional Services and nurturing long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify potential clients through innovative lead generation methods like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Lead the entire client sales process from acquiring new clients to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads by researching and contacting prospects aligned with sales objectives.
  • Negotiate and close strategic new business deals effectively.
  • Consistently surpass sales targets and goals.
  • Implement strategies to expand existing accounts.
  • Become the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your vertical by utilizing your industry knowledge and understanding of technological challenges.
  • Exceed your financial targets by expanding your book of business, driving revenue growth, and earning uncapped commission based on our aggressive model.
  • Get involved in speaking opportunities at events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your insights.
  • Engage in external industry events.

What skills and experience do you need?

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in new business development, specifically in offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
  • Proven track record leading strategic business development initiatives for enterprise clients.
  • Sales-focused professional with strong experience in prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to identify key industry pain points and effectively engage with VP or C-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Successful history in hitting $5M+ quotas annually.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written German and English languages.
