Sales Operations Intern

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Working Student (m/f/d) who is excited to embark on our dynamic remote/hybrid journey as our team expands. You will collaborate closely with our entire sales department and our founder, Pascal, assisting in uncovering new customer opportunities across various markets. As an integral member of our growing team, your contributions will play a vital role in our long-term business success.

Your Mission
  • Identifying leads and opportunities to empower our sales team, enhancing their active selling time by aiding in customer engagement and providing essential information.
  • Preparing and refining our sales reporting to facilitate informed decision-making based on data analytics.
  • Streamlining and evaluating our sales processes (including technical workflows in HubSpot) and maintaining CRM data integrity.
  • Introducing innovative concepts that enhance acto and collaborating with us for implementation.
Your Profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a German University Program, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced start-up and enjoy embracing new challenges.
  • You possess strong analytical and organizational skills and are an effective communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • You are driven, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring complex subjects.
  • You have exceptional oral and written proficiency in German (C1) and English.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in a SaaS environment or within a complex sales organization in the realms of Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
