HR Specialist - Payroll Management (m/f/d)

You will be responsible, alongside your team in Payroll Services, for the comprehensive payroll process for KPMG employees, including retirees. This position offers both fixed-term and permanent vacancies.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to support the HR department in payroll-related matters, here is how you can contribute:

  • Ensure accurate and complete payroll processing while advising on personnel-related matters for approximately 900 employees.
  • Handle all tasks associated with payroll, including maintaining electronic personnel files, monitoring deadlines, and verifying decentralized timekeeping data.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Optimize and oversee processes, including the creation of relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate within one of the specialized teams focusing on payroll tax, social security, occupational pension schemes, or payroll management.
Your Profile
  • To become an HR Specialist in Payroll Management, you should possess a completed commercial training with a focus on payroll, social security, or taxation, and/or a relevant degree in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP ERP (HCM module) or comparable payroll software is essential.
  • You should have a strong digital mindset and an understanding of how digital technologies can be utilized in HR to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • A passion for data analysis and deriving actionable insights is important.
  • Demonstrated service orientation, teamwork, resilience, and organizational skills are key attributes.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is necessary.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English will complete your qualifications.
