Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and expanding our business footprint within your designated market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while enhancing our B2B client portfolio across various medical product segments.
  • Proactively seek out and develop sales leads.
  • Design and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies in collaboration with our growing team.
  • Engage with high-level executives, including Directors and C-Level personnel, to maintain a robust sales call volume.
  • Conduct presentations for potential clients and organize speaking engagements, which may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales, particularly in outbound B2B environments.
  • Fluency in the relevant target language.
  • A competitive sales mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • An outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to empathize with clients.
  • Proficient in negotiating with corporate-level stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Preference for candidates holding a valid residence and work permit in Germany.
