Job Title: Sales Champion EMEA Inline Product Family

X-Rite GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Champion to drive the growth of our Inline Product Portfolio in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly targets for the Inline Product Portfolio.
  • Coach and support local sales managers to ensure maximum sales revenue, volume, profitability, market share, and customer mindshare.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and buying centers across EMEA.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Team Leader and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or color-related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage all aspects of the selling cycle.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to travel 50-70% of the time in EMEA.
  • Strong ownership, resilience, growth mindset, and self-driven problem-solving skills.
