Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Champion to drive the sales growth of our Inline Product Portfolio in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading all Inline specific topics in their territory, working closely with a professional team of local Sales Managers to achieve maximum sales revenue, volume, profitability, market share, and customer mindshare.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the color management industry and be able to balance short-term and long-term efforts to win new business and drive growth. They will also be willing to travel to visit customer sites and our R&D sites across EMEA and have good access to an international airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of the Inline Product Portfolio in the EMEA region
  • Work closely with local Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and improve market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Travel to customer sites and our R&D sites across EMEA as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the color management industry
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
