In this position, you will focus on the Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT) sector. The real estate knowledge team collaborates with clients from both public and private sectors on a diverse range of topics, including strategy formulation, pricing and revenue management, cost optimization, organizational dynamics, real estate capital markets, development and operations, business transformation, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

- Expertise in addressing client challenges through relevant research and analytical methods in real estate, including commercial real estate investment and corporate real estate management.

- A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative global team environment.

Members of BCG's Knowledge Team are involved in casework, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools in specific functions, and conducting complex market research and analysis.
