Your Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and executing our comprehensive employer branding and recruitment strategy
- Designing and implementing talent marketing initiatives
- Overseeing our participation in recruitment fairs and networking events
- Facilitating the active search for top-tier candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization
- Assisting in the planning and execution of employee development programs
- Enhancing the company's visibility across various digital platforms
