Position Overview:
As a working student, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Talent Acquisition Team through various recruitment initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Updating candidate statuses within our applicant tracking system.
- Following up with candidates throughout different stages of the selection process.
- Assisting in the creation and continuous improvement of regular reports related to recruitment performance analytics.

- Flexible working hours to help you balance your studies and work commitments, with an expected workload of approximately 20 hours per week.
Candidate Profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- You possess a strong motivation and enthusiasm for recruitment and hiring processes.
- You have solid analytical skills, particularly in Excel, and experience in reporting and data analysis is a plus.
- You are innovative, possess a hands-on approach, and enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
- Prior internship experience in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
