Your Role:
As a working student, you will assist our Global Talent Acquisition Team with various recruitment tasks, including:
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Updating candidate statuses in our applicant tracking system.
- Following up with candidates throughout different stages of the selection process.
- Supporting the creation and continuous improvement of regular reports on recruitment performance metrics.

What We Seek:
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- You possess a strong motivation and enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- You have solid analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis being a plus.
- You are innovative, proactive, and enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
- Prior internship experience in a relevant area is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
