Risk Management Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Risk & Outsourcing Manager to enhance our Risk & Controls division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our enterprise risk management, compliance, and outsourcing strategies, ensuring the delivery of superior financial services that adhere to the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of risks throughout the organization, including outsourcing, while providing expert guidance for effective risk management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate and implement risk management initiatives effectively.
- Assist in the execution of the enterprise risk management framework and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare and analyze data for risk management and outsourcing reports.
- Continuously enhance risk processes and evaluate outsourcing partner performance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee standards for centralized outsourcing management.
- Identify outsourcing requirements and opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management, outsourcing, and FinTech.
- A degree in computer science, law, economics, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Risk Manager or Outsourcing Manager within the FinTech or Financial Services sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
