Join our team as a Senior Risk & Outsourcing Manager at SCAYLE Payments GmbH

We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Senior Risk & Outsourcing Manager to enhance our Risk & Controls division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the execution of our enterprise risk management, compliance, and outsourcing strategies, ensuring that we deliver exceptional financial services while adhering to the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of risks throughout the organization, including outsourcing, while providing expert guidance for effective risk management.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and the implementation of risk management initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of the enterprise risk management framework and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze data for risk management and outsourcing reporting purposes.
  • Continuously enhance risk processes and the performance of outsourcing partners.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee standards for centralized outsourcing management.
  • Identify outsourcing requirements and opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management, outsourcing, and FinTech.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in computer science, law, economics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Risk Manager and/or Outsourcing Manager within the FinTech or Financial Services sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and relevant standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of German is advantageous).
